One thing to note is that the paralytic poison doesn't get dispelled if you are yourself being targetted by burning bile (we had a few tank problems due to that before completely understanding how to dispell the poison). You need to get in range of someone else who's affected by burning bile.
Though it's not really a problem if one tank stays paralysed while you finish dreadscale.

One thing to note is if you get a Snobold on you (melle) then dont run into the casters to help kill another one, they stun the healers therefore a good chance of wipeing your raid (sadly I found out the hard way).
Another thing to note if a Hunter mark on phase two will let you see where the worm is even when underground. This helped as the aggro tables reset when they submerge, so you dont want them popping up near a healer and 1 shotting!

For phase one, what would be a good macro to target the snobolds and then return to the boss?

Just want to say this was a big help. I missed out on my guild's 25 man run on Tuesday, so this was quite useful today when I joined a 10 man (pug) with a bunch of people who hadn't done it before.
Our DPS kept "forgetting" to kill Snobolds and I had to keep yelling at them in vent that their first priority was to kill the damn things. And our druid healer kept dying to fire... the most mobile healer and he dies in fire, tell me how that works...
So yeah, total pug, it took around 4 attempts to get through phase 1 cleanly, and then instant wipe in phase 2. Then it took 2 more times in phase 2 before we got the hang of the movement (and yelling at the person with the fire buff to run around and cleanse the poison). The Offtank wasn't very good about kiting the moveable worm that drops poison clouds, so that took some work too. We found that going over to the west side and setting up positioning before hand was helpful, so they knew where the worms would be and how the OT would kite the fire worm through the poisoned people.
Then once we got through Phase 2 (with two melee DPS dead), we BRezzed one of them and got into Phase 3. Phase 3 was going great, had him to about 50% and cleanly through two charges. On the third charge someone got confused and got hit by the charge, which instantly killed me (MT) and a couple DPS. We yelled for OT to pick up and pop cooldowns, which he somehow managed to do. They continued and 6-manned him the rest of the way down.
Note that while this PuG wasn't full of super-scrubs, they also were not from any of the top guilds on my server (except for myself). I was the only one completely decked in Ulduar 25 and Hard Mode gear; everyone else had maybe a couple things from 10 man Ulduar and the rest Naxx 10 and 25 stuff. In the group we had Warrior MT (me), Paladin OT, two DKs, two Fury Warriors, Ret Paladin, Disc Priest, Holy Paladin, Resto Druid. So totally stacked Melee group. It really wasn't that difficult. Hardest part was starting it at 3 am and having a bunch of tired people (we had to replace people who dropped out several times).
