I got a CD with some saying: "close your eyes, focus on your head" and so on and then you end up sleeping away your sickness. If that doesn't work i watch TV or play old games.
I don't know, i'm never sick for an extended period of time (read: more then 1 day)
Nothing beats sleep when you're sick. Well actually, nothing beats sleep PERIOD, but when you're sick, sleep is doubleplusgood.
i uh, err...i play wow, unless im REALLY sick, if im really sick, i play other stuff
My wife knows that if I'm playing video games, asking for drinks and generally being pathetic, then I'm feeling under the weather. If I'm in bed, sleeping and shunning all human contact, I'm sick.
Flu season just ended.
I read books that I buy in stacks and pile up waiting for just sych an opportunity. If I cannot read I'll listen to audiobooks or watch an old movie. And if I'm not feeling too crappy I play WoW for a little bit at a time.
I rarely feel sick, and if I am feeling sick and I am confined to my house I'll be surfing the web/playing wow with the light on my screen turned waaaaaay down
I was actually rather sick week before last and I had a chick bring me a care package.Sexiest. Move. Ever.
Last December I came down with pnuemonia. If anyone doesn't know, it wipes you out. I was home for a couple days and tried to play WoW. I actually managed to log on, but I could do nothing more than stare at the screen. Here I was with the day of work, no responsibilities, unlimited time and I couldn't play video games. I'll hazard to say I didn't want to play video games. And that was the most dissapointed I've ever been with myself.
i haven't been sick for 9 years now O.o
I remember when Kingdom Hearts came out on PS2, I was lucky enough to be legitimately sick the following 3 days. Whilst nearing the end of the game over the span of those three sick days, I faked for another so that I could finish it :)Normally while sick, I do a good bit of gaming. Typically I choose an RPG that I haven't played/haven't played in a while to knock out, sleep, and channel surf.Sometimes it's refreshing to lack productivity.
Why not play a few of your favorite console games? I have about a hundred of those things lying around that I wish I had time to get to and replay at any given moment. If I was sick and I couldn't play computer games for whatever reason, you can bet I'll be taking a trip down nostalgic video game memory lane.
if you want to get out of the house got to the doctor.if your fever is over 101 don't slow down until you get there.Best advice I can think of
With all of this swine flu going around, I try to do my best in a college environment to NOT get sick. But if I were at home and ill enough to keep me from school, I would be playing video games. Tons of video games. And when video games get boring, I jump on my laptop, turn on the TV, and relax. I have no school to worry about, no work, no problems. So I can just let loose and enjoy my time. When on WoW, I enjoy the extra freedom I get during the day to finish dailies and work on alts. Less people on the server means my computer can handle running through Dal like a hot knife through butter.
I was sick last week, on tuesday, that even trying to do my argent dailies wiped me out. I had to do a couple, then go back to bed, rest for a couple of hours, then come back down and finish them.
I usually work for school; then again, I'm never really ill in a way I can't do nothing at all.
I usually play video games. One time, before the end of my high school senior year, I came down with a sore throat and fever. The school immediately thought I had swine flu and told me to take a week off.BestWeekOffEver.
When I'm not sleeping its either a movie, wow, PS3, or this site. When I am really sick I don't care which one, I just want to be left alone.
