heh,did you have complains?
Yup. I totally ^&*!@ed about that. The pictures from the Blizzcon I post on my site are taken by people who accept to go to the even on their own time and money. Using their work + cropping the watermarks from all the pictures was a bit too much.Hell, one of my guys here got in a car accident just to cover the event. ^^
Hehe, I somehow read Boubouille's reply with a hint of sarcasm, but yeah - the point remains. :)Good of you (the Wowhead team) to be admitting it. Thumbs up for that - and thumbs up aswell for all the different people who got the pictures sorted in the first place.
Hey, that's why I said "Don't use the screenshots from MMO-Champion." - way to let me down. :PHopefully I'll be able to get my camera in time for next years Blizzcon. It is then that I will truly have become unstoppable.
well seeing as how wowhead and mmo-champion are my two "go-to" world of warcraft sites I hope the two of you can make amends and get along. I wouldn't want to have to choose sides...
good of you guys to publicly apologise to these sources. now we can all move on and enjoy Cataclysm together =D
Since when does boub post on wowhead? More post please!
Yes because this was worth creating a blog post for...
It is because they plagiarized something.
And this is an oh so srs thing.Well done Malgayne for showing some integrity. But as you say, it should not have happened teehee
Most humble of you Malgayne, my respect for you and this site just went up some for admitting and correcting this, hooray for Wowhead!
chase123 reminds me of my TBC raid leader when moods were tense instead of the usual 'clear vent' it was 'shut up like daddy just hit mommy at the dinner table'
Very humble of you guys admitting to it and correcting it also it's good to see where moderators place morales
