Wow, this is fast :) Thanks for doing it!
Is anyone else on the beta finding the new talent system a bit...... Consoley?
Good thing they did for engineering: New dragonling yes!Bad thing they did for engineering: BoP helms with cogwheel slots again...now where did we hear this idea before and got forgotten during cata?Love it that now players can create Staves, hope bows are next on the listAlso just a minor nitpick, some names like Chun Tian Spring Rolls are redundant, because Chun Tian in Mandarin means Spring, and we call Spring Rolls "Chun (Spring) Juan (Roll)"Lol at Aisatsu, Japanese for 'greetings'If this game ever goes to China/Taiwan...dear lord, localization is going to have a blastNow to wait for more juicy info...
OMG.. i cant belive this.. i really hope this gona to be. This will really repair blizz fould in cata
Let us focus on the Zen.
What a View (NYI): Visit each of the 10,000 waterfalls of Pandaria... does 10,000 seem like a lot to anyone else?
Those staves and wands are bound to account. Hmmm
I am perfectly alright with there being 10000. Big-ass achievements like this make it so you actually explore the world and i am MORE then willing to do that with MoP :D
I will PVP ! me and my friend going for world pvp and RANK 1 :D I can't wait for recive MOP beta mail :)
@Jenelfchick - That was one of the first thoughts I had as well. However, IF they keep that as an achievement, it will be one truly worthy of getting - Frankly, explorer was and still is, far too easy to get - having at least 1-2 achievements that make you spend a LOT of time to achieve won't be a bad thing, in my book at least; plus, I'll have a bit more respect for those people who have this particular achievement... there hasn't been too much lately that really takes 'time' to achieve in Cata, outside of raids/dungeons/PvP, other than archaeology grinds... this will be something nice for the people who just want to spend time being hard-core casuals, or for those who wish to explore the lands of Pandaria. On another note, for the first time ever, I am rethinking my professions - I love the Inscriptionist's ability to make weapons now... but I'll either have to level my mage up (bleagh) or drop a skill on one of my 85's, because I would LOVE to hit 90 and have an epic staff ready to go (Assuming of course that A) I don't have Dragonwrath by then, and B) that if I do have Dragonwrath, it isn't BIS anymore.... if I DO have DTR, and it's still BIS, forget everything else, lol)I'm so excited about the beta, and I'm not even in it - Looking forward to all of the upcoming news, changes, QQ on the forums, analysis by the more level headed, release date info, Youtube vids, and finally the finished product.
The Onyx Panther is the new jewelcrafting mount; the race restrictions are probably just carried over from the mount they copied (Nightsaber at a guess). The Jade Serpent is almost certainly an archaeology mount, tied in to the The Pearl of Yu'lon, and I'd guess the Kite String is a new Scribe mount. The Scribe weapons are upgraded via archaeology somehow, as there are corresponding rares - Umbrella of Chi-Ji, Spear of Xuen and the Standard of Nuzao.
Very NIce so far! Hope to see more...And under the Jewelcrafting tab you have Imperial Amethyst on there twice.
The Strange Spherical Stone is probably for Zen Alchemist Stone, and the Silver Filigree Flask is probably for Alchemist's Flask. Also, there's a couple of Enchants for Cloaks and Shields that give +all stats:
Seems like there's also a new Engineering Deepdive helmet: Advanced Deepdive Helmet
is PTR available yet ? :O
Is the Open annual pass beta open yet?
Anybody know of an reliable MoP PTR Direct download link? I've got a friend having problems with their ISP and the blizzard downloader; they're getting DCed every time they fire up the download client.
THIS:"Shadowpan: Earn exalted status with the Shadowpan because they are the most awesome faction EVER."
Glad to notice scribing was the first thing to read and I'll get to reading more in a second here. But, have or are they changing the Book of Glyph Mastery situation where they only drop in Northrend? I sincerely hope to see a fix or change for this. I thought they would have in a Cata patch since scribes have a bit of a hard time now learning everything they possibly can, but... ugh.
