"yeah, oh he poured his soul out for us before he sentences himself to be the jailer of Sargeras thus saving our world... you know i kinda disagreed with him, sure he had his reasons but i don't find what he did right even if it saved our entire planet... lets just not mention him again"#$%^ you guys, you don't deserve him we care more about that guy than hiso wn brother and childhood friend.Blizz might wanna consider giving Tyrande a little more emphaty than a brickwall.
Illidan's gonna die? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I will face my destiny whatever it may hold. Xe'ra would like to have a word with you about that...
Thank god they're not kissing Illidaniel's backside... I dont know how much more of it I could bare :c
Illidan words are so touching and are a nice final to him besides all the retconning that happened, but yet, Malfurion's and Tyrande's are lacking... A LOT. I expected a whole lot more from them to say.
What he should have said to malfurion.Illidan to Malfurion : You always wanted simple answers brother, platitudes and ultimatums were your power, not hard decisions. I don't regret what I have done I only regret that those around me could not see the bigger picture, So obsessed with what was good and true rather than what was needed. Your sympathies and coddling would not have saved this world, it was left to me to make choices you refused to accept. to make sacrifices you believed were self served, In a perverse sort of fashion I understand your thinking but you should have been wiser smarter and more willing to set aside small idea's like individuality and make larger choices then maybe I would not have had to. I know you will not forgive me but neither will I beg it. I will take what "destiny" has in store for me...do you have what it takes to continue to preserve this world or will your sentimentality let it fall into darkness.Illidan to Tyrande: Tyrande , I convinced myself at an early age that you would be by my side through all my choices and there were times were I thought this to be true. Fate had other plans , you abandoned what little love you had for me when it became apparent I would brook no half measures , that i would sacrifice all "ALL!" for this world , I would make the hard choices and sacrifice those I loved because there was no other way. Like Malfurion you sought commonly answers light and love ...fighting swords with feathers and expecting results. I will not excuse my wounding of you for I decided long ago where your sympathies truly lay with my brother and his faith in Cenrarius...tell me Tyrande where was Elune and Cenarius when we needed there help , did they sacrifice all for this world or did they simply see its destruction as another turn in the cycle of life...That's not good enough and I will not forgive them that Callousness. So Tyrande ask yourself where do you go now, back to the moon goddess to bathe in her light and wait for the next threat that you will be unwilling to make hard choices to oppose , or will you don the armour that you hide from the eyes of mortals and take up the fight...dont wait to long Tyrande I will not be there the next time this world teeters.just my thoughts
It is good to see Tyrande, Malfurion and Illidan getting some sort of closure. I wish they met face to face, but it is better than nothing. What I really want is Maiev's comment on the irony of Illidan's situation post-Antorus :D
About time, but I am really bitter about the shift in writing regarding Tyrande since TBC onwards and in any book apart from the War of the Ancients trilogy (the only good Warcraft literature Richard Knaak has written).Blizz, you really dropped the ball on her.
there is dust in my eyes...

Anyone else think that Malfurion and Tyrande are being asses?
I think Illidan tried to drop an olive branch of the family fight as well. He final thoughts before becoming a jailor were on his brother and sister-in-law. He had all the right ideas and all, yet his family treated it like the Christmas card from the in laws you hate. I have always respected Illidan to be honest. And I do agree with most of you, Tyrande and Malfurion really showed what !@#$%^&s they truly could be. The grudges they carry, as they say in real life, will come back to haunt them I bet.
I have held him close since WCIII. He will always be my favorite, even in the future. Not many will understand my tears for him.
Alas another one of my favorite champions has fallen to blizzard lore, not dead but just as detached.
No my precious illdian rip. One of the only elves that I actually liked.
