On one hand, this is the kind of thing the game needs right now - a new enemy conspiracy, one that's far-ranging and can lead to all kinds of new stories. WoW has a long habit of killing off its bad guys too easily and too quickly, but if they can give us a big group to work against, that would be awesome.

Let's see ... Impressive. Almost to break it down paragraph by paragraph (and I'm going to fall short with this little text, I'm afraid ... but here we go!):

1) This is a report addressed to someone who, despite the fact that its author (aware that it was created for this "solemn commission") sees the embodiment of order as a weakness, does describe in his lines a slow, long and methodical process that involves many stakeholders. Many, and I dare say that from many times and distant places.

2) It also describes that it currently has specific objectives for the stage that this "plan" is running, a stage that nothing prevents me from immediately relating to the leaders of the horde and the alliance as those objectives.

3) The descriptions of the findings are in themselves, the highest advantages that were had on different orders and plans that were translated into the success of their respective attacks in previous stages of that plan. While the Titans took advantage of their obsession with order, the Lords of the Void only overloaded the possibilities to hide, on purpose (... wonderful move), the one that gave victory to the being for whom this report. Did the Burning Legion then serve as the guinea pig among beings and ages for this plan? That is why we were allowed to beat it ... because "its purpose" was completed, and it no longer needed that burden from Sargeras and his minions?

4) The Voidlords played a lot in the placement of all the agents of the entity to which this report is directed, and it is to their greatest antagonists (life) that they focused their greatest efforts. Here I can already think anything (was Ysera's death part of the plan? Will Alleria fall before the voices ? Is Turalyon an agent infiltrated to these interests? -His position is PERFECT in the sense and purpose of this report -... will we finally see that ancient god who controls life and death?).

Regardless that this reads like something you would expect from the Overlord anime (who knows who I mean, he won a cookie), it confirms not only that there is a conspiracy, but that, literally, someone screwed the wrench into the harmony of the plans and orders for a purpose.

Although light and darkness are the last abstractions of power in this world, since that map of Chronicles appeared, not only have we confirmed the existence of those planes and orders related to those antagonistic forces, but each one of them can generate imbalance. That I want above all the others in an unspeakable order not because I didn't understand it, but because it didn't seem possible.

Sargeras' Burning Legion confirmed that it is possible, and that they tried. However, the mortal races of Azeroth stopped her and dismantled her.
Missions with texts where it was read that "Sargeras was not the enemy" and other specific things like the one described above begin to acquire meaning, to mention the most recent (what we know from the most recent videos on the scope of the plane of death to the rest of orders in the universe).

What more details have you found with this? Something that will undoubtedly generate a great discussion.

This shoulda been some guy's wild ramblings, like the ogre in Silithus. Foreboding and sinister, that anyone normally wouldn't believe if it weren't datamined(as meta as that is).

I couldn't find this anywhere in the tower no matter what stage of the questline I was on. Has anyone else seen it? Seems to have been removed from beta?

I was only able to see the book after finishing the leveling campaign ~~and choosing a covenant~~.

Edit: Tested again. Can't see the book when on Der Meister der Lügen, but it shows up when the quest's completed. Doesn't matter whether you pick up Das Ende des Anfangs or not. That would be shortly before covenant selection.

This is SCREAMING the Brokers. They are a mysterious force with their hands in everything. This document is the exact type of methodical underhanded plotting that would hallmark such an organization. Also, there is no guiding principle. In fact, it mocks any group that has them and sees them as merely weaknesses to be exploited. The Brokers are playing 3D chess to turn all these fantastical groups that have desires for power and ends to promote against each other to serve their own mundane desire for profit. They are arms dealers fomenting conflict.

So this note is impossibly old and supposedly comes from a Nathrezim, who at one point in the real world history of the game were the ones who compelled Sargeras to fall. When Warcraft III released, it was the joint depravity of the Eredar and the Nathrezim who caused the Fall; but by vanilla WoW it was the Nathrezim alone – the Eredar were recruited after in order to manage and control the demons, including the Nathrezim. Later still it became Sargeras' discovery of the Void and their Old Gods attempting to corrupt a nascent Titan that caused Sargeras to freak out, but this note makes it sound like Blizzard is combining both these origin stories into one.

It's interesting to note that the Nathrezim were effectively immortal due, as far as we've been told, to Argus granting them infinite respawn in the Twisting Nether. And that all the felbound leaders of the Nathrezim were last killed before Argus was. Makes me wonder if Blizzard isn't reviving their story as foreshadowing for Merely a Setbacking Tichondrius and friends.

Page 6 tells me that:
1. Sylvanas is a dreadlord, she is the operative mentioned.
2. We are the plane of life (living mortals), we are the only connection to life that Ardenweld (which is apart of the plane of death) has.
3. Sylvanas gained the trust of her target (us) through the decades of pretending to be undead sylvanas, gaining the trust of the forsaken, the horde, etc and set us on this path leading to Shadowlands since the real Ranger General Sylvanas Windrunner fell on the field of battle to Arthas or since tossing herself off of ICC.

Also explains why the Lich King's Scourge Val'kyr would serve her, Varamathrus would, etc, as the Dreadlords, much like them all ultimately serve under the Jailer, and explains how she (and the forsaken) were able to magically break free from the lich king's control (never was under control, just apart of the deception to gain the trust of the living mortals of azeroth).

It's Tyrande. She thinks she is given the power from there God but seeing how she is single mindly focused on Sylvanas and revenge, her mind is corrupt from that and being manipulated as well. She was given power but not from who she thinks and she will probably be a raid boss in the next expansion.

It's from the Ember Ward, which the Nathrezim used to occupy until the attack of the Light. They use the title Master and refer to themselves as "agents."

So, e.g., the titans could be overcome by a force that opposes their drive for Order, which put a plan into motion for turning Sargeras against the Pantheon.
Next page, the Void Lords offered vast reach. Since the Void Lords couldn't spend much time in the material plane, they had sent out the Old Gods to travel the planets. When Sargeras was hunting nathrezim, etc., he came upon an attempt to corrupt a world-soul via the void -- it involved the nathrezim who were living among the Old Gods and able to wield the power of the void.
Next page, Naaru were susceptible to infiltration if they believed one of their own had been converted. This was where the idea of planting Lothraxion in the Niskaran prison came from.
Next page, the vulnerability identified for Life from watching Ardenweald was probably through Mueh'zala. The female agent mentioned (as there were not a lot of Death Ladies) may have been Helya who got Mueh'zala's trust by allowing him to recruit her for the Jailer to steal Odyn's eye and create the Mawsworn. (Helya -- the first Val'kyr -- might have gone along with it because she also feared Odyn's creation of the Valarjar, e.g., Eyir.)
(I can make tinfoil hat arguments for why it referred to Sylvannas and her making deals with Helya (and Eyir). I know, I know ... but depending on whether Alleria was alive for the Troll Wars per Blizz retconned mention, each of the Windrunner sisters could be a few thousand years old and time passes differently in the Shadowlands, right? Adding more tinfoil, it could refer to Xala'tath and the vulnerability be the corruptibility of the Emerald Dream.)
And last part was Disorder, which they'd been able to dominate through their use of the fel because (1) it's *disorderly* there, and (2) accordingly lacked any "pantheon" to stand against them.

So, that's Shadow, Holy, Life, Death, Order, and Disorder. The question is whether it is Mal'Ganis or Tichondrius reporting in or someone unexpected, like Drippy. (:

What does this book actually do? Pretty sure it's not a requirement of any quest or achievement at the moment yet it is a green item - signifying that it has some use.

Reads quite a bit like the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a fabricated purported conspiracy
