Still nothing, and I've been checking the mobile app since BfA launched. As for the two comments below saying they saw it on 11/13/2018 and 11/26/2018. That is a 13 day gap. I'm going out on a limb here.... did anyone see it on 12/9/2018 or 12/22/2018?

Will we see it on January 4th, 2019?

From what I've seen, all missions are based on RNG. I'm not sure if this is the case for all missions but this mission is pretty rare and it's individually spawning, not server or region-wide.

The first time I saw it was sometime between BfA launch and October 9, 2018 (according to my Armory, I got the Azeroth at War: The Barrens achievement on that day but I don't remember if Steamwheedle Alliance was my last mission. Since then, I have seen it at least once. A guildie was needing it as his last mission so, when I saw it available on my table, I told him. He did not have it available on his table, though.

In general, it might help others to post here when it's up for you, at least to remind them to check. But since it didn't show up for my friend when I had it available, I'm inclined to believe it wouldn't be up for others when it's up for you.

I wake up, check my missions for this one. Before bed, I brush my teeth and check my missions again. I'll go an entire week doing nothing in this game but will still check my missions at least twice a day. I hate this mission.

There are three missions on the mission table that MANY of my alts NEVER see. Dancing with the Dark Rangers, Steamwheedle Alliance, and Dalaran Ritual. My #1 did them when BFA was new, but I don't remember how or why.The only pre-requisite that I can see here on Wowhead is champion? level 800. All my champions are 800. We're a year into Shadowlands and these still won't show up. I'll be putting in a bug report... again.

Still not showing up in October 2021. Just noticed that Wowhead says it requires ITEM level 800 and CHARACTER level of 120.
Well, we can't get either of those anymore since the level squish. Perhaps that's the problem? I put in ANOTHER bug report to Blizz.
