The Kirin Tor Emissary quest is up today, as well as the last quest for the Wyrmtongue Treasure quest line! The Kirin Tor quest will now help you with Armies of Legionfall reputation, and the Wyrmtongue treasure quest line opens up a fun vendor at the Broken Shore.

Blizzard has also clarified that in 7.1.5, there will be a fix so 4 Kirin Tor quests are up when the emissary cache is.
