Argent Tournament Undercity Banner in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch

The Argent Tournament is going through many changes during the Death's Rising pre-patch event in Shadowlands, but a more subtle one has been noticed by Twitter users: the Undercity Banner at the Ring of Champions has been taken down.

has noticed a very subtle difference in the Argent Tournament Grounds during the Death's Rising event: The Undercity Banner located within the Ring of Champions is the only capital city banner that is not standing, but instead it has been taken down and is now on the floor.
Looking over the area, you can notice that all other capital city banners are standing, and although the Argent Tournament Grounds are under invasion by the Scourge forces, the Ring of Champions is intact (besides the corpses of Scourge mobs and many wounded Argent Crusade soldiers). This suggests that the Undercity Banner was taken down by the Argent Crusade, perhaps as an act of protest against Sylvanas Windrunner, who has since defected away from the Horde and was personally responsible for the veil between worlds breaking.
For reference, this is the exact same area on Live, with the banner fully standing.
So far, this is the only area in the Argent Tournament Grounds that seems to have had any Forsaken representation disrupted, with no changes to the Horde's Valiant Ring or any of the Forsaken representatives in the Sunreaver Pavillion.
