Here at Wowhead, we have some good forum threads to read: What as your first character (and what happened to it?), Poseidus campers unite over here, and what icons really mean (besides looking like Lucky Charms).

There is also Perculia's fabulous guide to shapeshifting trinkets and our 3d models preview (our model viewer got an overhaul on Friday so check 'em out in Java for more particle effects!).

Petopia has a great hunter pet changes guide for 4.1. There are eight new models of pets to tame, how cool!

WoW Insider had a good guide about crafting and alts that mentioned 4.1 changes.

WoWInterface talks about 4.1 and updating your AddOns in this piece.

WarcraftPets has a really cute comic about Children's Week and those orphans we all torture. I mean, help. Yeah.

Like fishing? El's Anglin has 4.1 fishing changes completely locked down.
