What do you Think about Neltharion? Valdrakken NPCs Share their Opinions

The NPCs of Dragonflight's capital city have more to talk about on the Alpha. Various Dracthyr throughout Valdrakken can be asked for opinions on their forefather, offering some unique insight from those who served under the Earth-Warder before his fall. While we already covered the
points of view
expressed by the the Dracthyr sub-faction leaders aligned with the Alliance and Horde, there are more NPCs also sharing their thoughts.
It may be remembered that Neltharion, onetime Aspect of the black dragonflight, created the Dracthyr by combining the essence of all five dragonflights with the cleverness and adaptability of the mortal races, before the maddening whispers of N'Zoth corrupted him into Deathwing the Destroyer. The Dracthyr only knew him as the Earth-Warder however, being put into stasis by Malygos before that fateful event, only learning of the horrors inflicted and his resulting demise upon their awakening hundreds of years after the fact.
Dervishian reminds us that Neltharion was originally the Earth-Warder - charged to defend Azeroth. Whatever he became, the Dracthyr remain to continue that legacy.
Kodethi is studious, showing that although the Dracthyr were created for war, they're capable of so much more. Although he could have made them mindless killing machines, completely alike and without feeling, the Dracthyr embrace the same traits found throughout dragons and mortal races alike - a complex race expressing curiosity, art, logic, and their own individual emotions.
The Healing Wings are another weyrn of the Dracthyr army, separate from the Obsidian Warders now aligned with the Alliance and Dark Talons pledged to the Horde. Organized to support and heal their allies, they are led by
Schuppenkommandantin Viridia
, who also has a lot to say about Neltharion and the task he charged them with.
There is something of a common theme of "remembering Neltharion as he was, rather than what he became," though the Dracthyr heard from so far are mostly reflective, rather than critical and none of them come across as particularly supportive of their fallen creator. While madness is typically a difficult standpoint to get behind, it will be interesting to see if there are any hardliners among the "good" aligned Dracthyr, similar the remaining Sylvanas loyalists among the Horde. It also creates an interesting contrast and more than a little overlap with remaining black dragons, who continue to struggle with both rebuilding their shattered flight and
choosing a new leader
to continue Neltharion's legacy.
