Both sets are awesome, but I can't help but laugh at the Horde one. I mean, those shoulderpads... They look like they're compensating for those times when they were bugged for orcs and appeared itty-bitty.
The thing is it isnt so ita going to look awesome on a tauren paladin
What the hell is the deal with the posts saying it doesn't look like the artwork from blizzcon?http://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/673800.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/gALSc0R.jpgThese are pretty much T2 and T3 in concept art form. Actually, it's impressive how accurate they are considering how they need to fit several different body types. I can only see minor actual changes or good ones (like the horde emblem on the belt) while most of it is a direct 3D translation of the concept. If you are feeling these models are so much different from the concept art, then go ahead and complain to the devs that they drew the armor in a generic humanoid shape that doesn't perfectly mirror even the male human 3D model, misleading you into believing that it would look exactly like it when you put it in your character. But I warn you that it will only make them consider not revealing any such concept art in the next blizzcons.
I'm irritated beyond belief. Alliance side could go with just about any race. Absolutely stunning work.Horde side = ORCS ONLY, no other race need apply! Can we be a little more versatile, please?
I've got all the pieces except the tier 3 shoulders (those with the lions on them). Can't wait to get those as they look amazing!
