Everytime I see his work I'm reminded of the beauty of the game we all love. It's always very clean and perfectly highlights the graphics while also enhancing them with a professional veneer. I would count myself lucky to know an artist like this!
I can finally put a name on who was doing all those cool banners, i always liked how the lights are used to put the character in a position of power like the Bekter one and also how the text isn't off at all and feels unseparable from the rest, it's not a cool banner with text on it but a whole. Keep up the good work Skog ! Can't wait to see more of your work in the future now that i have your twitter.
really love those banners, the one for the mythic Tomb of Sargeras was really good
I love the shaman banner! That Pandaren has just the right amount of badassery.
I love the high contrast dramatic lighting. We all imagine our characters in epic battles and Skog really brings that home with his style.
Fantastic work. I have seen his art a bit everywhere! I think his style is fantastic, his designs always smooth and realistic.
I love how much he plays with the lighting. My favorite example of this is the banner in the top left, the human in the plate armor.

Like how it makes the in game graphics look sooooo much better.
man that avatar banner looks amazing!
Rasmus I am in love with the style and look of the elemental shaman piece that you made. <3
I really like the light dynamics :D It make them seem more beautiful and vivid that the game itself <3
I love how professional these banners look, WoW's general cartoon art style is simply too good to not make stuff out of it.
Hey, I'm on the 'customized banner' button!
I love the way the image looks totally like a cinematic is taking place and was frozen in time... Great lighting and use of shading/blur touches... Great stuff!
In addition to the lighting being amazing, I love the use of the blurred background. Enough detail to be recognizable and relevant, but allows the character to stand out at the same time. The weather effects are quite nice as well.
If I won, I'd donate the banner and your time to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. So many people play WOW who are chronically ill and just trying to stay sane for some reason. Gaming has helped many of us through some of the hardest times in our lives and I think it is easily overlooked. We have all met some of our closest friends in game and yet we've never seen them. Art has a way of going farther than being just a tag. I wouldn't know how to link the two up or what to do next, but if it were possible, this is what I would do to organize so sort of donation drive, with your banner as a click through perhaps. Naturally, what was in the banner would be up to you as the artist, and the Hotline, our Heros.
this is some seriously amazing stuff! i am partial to that glowing lightforged Draeni
One of the most beautiful works I have ever seen. the dark styles are lovly! every work of him shown above are delightfull :)
I love the use of earth-tones, as I would call it, where the colors are slightly muted where needed but pop everywhere else, such as on the Light-Forge armor, for example.
