I assume that's supposed to be "all healing done to them by you by 15%" and not literally all healing taken, since that'd be ridiculously OP.

That's a fat buff to Teaching of the monastery. I would love for it to apply (at a reduced rate?) to Spinning crane kick as well. However, even as it is, I can do exactly what I wanted to do with my monk x)

Uplifting Mists seems like it'll just CRUSH the other 3 legendaries.Monestary should heal 3 targets instead of 1 like wotc. Then it might be worth to use in M+ or PvP. Celestial Breath needs to just straight up be buffed in healing or it'll never compete with Uplifting anywhere. Soothing Focus needs to be completely redesigned, it promotes crappy game play. Only place I can maybe see it being useful is arena healing, but even then it's completely overshadowed by Uplifting.Those will require a bit of tuning, def won't be released as they are now unless they want 1 mandatory legendary and 3 trash ones.
