What's the lore behind this?
and.....glimmer? etc :D ....in 9.0 its a talent ....so ...what will they do with azerite trait glimmer of light? :D...there are too much azerites for "thinking" so why are you only writing about heart of darkness?
So many Karen's
The absolute BEST solution IMO would be to just change all of the azerite traits to no longer require the heart, but just give secondary stats.Give us all the different secondary stats on the wheels, and let us choose which ones we want.Example:Outer wheel: +200 crit, +200 haste, +200 mastery, +200 versatilityMiddle wheel: +100 crit, +100 haste, +100 mastery, +100 versatilityInner wheel: +50 crit, +50 haste, +50 mastery, +50 versatilityCenter wheel: +150 leech, +150 speed, +150 avoidanceIf they did something like that, then it would allow the gear to work like previous expansion gear did. It would be good for a few levels, then be replaced.
"When you copy over a character on the PTR, all your Titan Residuum is converted into Gold, similar to when a Battle for Azeroth Season ended previously."The last time I was able to copy a character to the PTR, the Titan Residuum was not being converted to gold but it was on the Beta. And I did just confirm on the PTR that the Azerite gear vendor is still selling gear and that the existing Azerite gear does yield Titan Residuum when scrapped. So we may have until 10/26 to spend our Titan Residuum.
I like how people are saying addressing it will take away Dev focus.Make Heart of Darkness give the stats. That's it. No corruption level requirement. Since Azerite armor is also disabled while in Shadowlands it won't affect anything there. Easy and quick fix no need to design something new or fancy.
Oh christ, who cares at this point.
A release candidate for the 9.0 pre-patch is up on the PTR and character copy is working again. I just copied a character to the PTR and the conversion of Titan Residuum to silver is NOT happening. Furthermore the Azerite vendor is still in business and you can still scrap Azerite gear and get Titan Residuum. So there's a good chance we don't have to worry about TR going away until the October 26/27 Shadowlands release.
