This awards you with the Skeleton Key. It will forever be marked as 'quest item' and unique. If you destroy this key you will have to page a GM to restore it. This is an award from a quest chain that leads you to Un'Goro Crater's Plume Ridge. Several skeletons/undead will need to be killed to complete the key's construction. It is well worth it just for the experience.

Its time for the good ol' winter vail and i want to farm the hat off of a boss in scholo the only problem is the key. so i am currently doing the chain and if you want to farm the hat with your friends like me you should make sure one of you either already has the key or put in some preperation because this chain takes a good 30mins to and hour.

I just copmpleted this quest line and got the skeleton key, but in my achievement for Key Master it is still greyed out. I checked my key inventory and it is there, but no credit in achievment for it.

Currently, I cant find this key in my inventory, and I can open the door. I know I have done the quest, but I cant find the key anymore. So maybe the key is not needed anymore, I dont know.
