I must say at first I thought this set was way too bland, I thought it looked like a standard green set that you'd get while leveling up. Then I realized there was nothing wrong with that. As long a it was somewhat difficult to get, so that not EVERYBODY could wear it (of course it not in anyway a huge accomplishment to get this). Certainly the last couple of tiers, for all classes, have been absolutely over the top and have so much going on. Those were also good in their own right, it just I've really come to like the simplicity of this set and now that I'm upping my game from LFR to normal i don't think I'll mog this set. I especially like the belt because it is very Bat-Man esque! ANYWAY I'll leave you with the info I came here looking for myself in the first place

Good gods I love this set looks jus like the classic Lord of the Rings Ranger armor set, great for RP or general gameplay wise, perfect for the Markmen Hunter, sniper
