Note to transmog hunters:

While this set is Rogue-only, there is an exact replica available to non-Rogues → Vestments of the Dark Phoenix (Lookalike).

As far as I can tell, you can now purchase all five tier pieces in this set, as well as matching BoE bracers, for gold from the Justice Quartermaster in your faction's capital. In the case of the tier pieces, the boss tokens from Staghelm and Ragnaros are now 5g vendor trash; there's no option to exchange them for the helm or shoulders.

This may be a bug in 6.0.2, of course, but for now, you can buy every part of this set but the boots for a grand total of about 1,200g, reduced by Stormwind/Orgrimmar and Avengers of Hyjal rep.
