You need to find 8 scrolls in Zereth Mortis to get Legenden des Exils & to unlock the Flug in Zereth Mortis
All playes share CD to collect them and respawn time is ~10 minutes
It looks like if someone else just collected the page, you still can pick it up, just like flowers

Legenden des Exils is a new collectible hunting achievement, added in 9.2 patch.

This achievement is a part of meta achievement Aufdecken der Geheimnisse that is required to unlock flying in ZM.
All scrolls marked with a big yellow dot on the minimap so you can spot it easy.
They all vanish as someone picked it up but respawn quickly (app. 5-10 minutes).
Firim im Exil, Epilog is not neccessary, so only collecting 7 required to earn Legenden des Exils
You can sell them or drop after reading, no need to carry them along.

On PTR, this was not part of the achievement Legenden des Exils, which is part of the meta achievement Aufdecken der Geheimnisse, which is needed to fly in Zereth Mortis. It appears you need all but the epilogue.

Spent 35 minutes camping for this scroll and it has not appeared. Already have the achievement, so I'm giving up.

Part 3 is bugged for me. I have all the parts, have read them all, have achievement progress for all but Part 3. I've disabled all my addons and tried logging out. It won't register that I've read it so I can't get the achievement.

this one is added in a different PTR build aka patch (9.2.0.41257), than the 7 others (9.2.0.41089)
and its subject matter hints that it might not be live yet - not live at the release day of 9.2, neatly scrolled up on a table where we interact with Firim.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the whereabouts of this? I already got the achievement on 2 toons, and this one is nowhere to be seen. Just need it for my scribe (ha), to keep.

Edit: I actually read what it said here on the page, and it points out to the end of SL expansion, or at least the patch, when the Jailer is finally defeated. It may only come in the future then...

I looked it up in Wowpedia and the epilogue is after the raid, so that might be the reason why it is not spawning. Would make sense.

It spawns after you've defeated the Jailer.

I've done this twice now. I died just outside the cave, and went into the cave as a ghost to get the recipe for Unergründlicher Krabbler from the spider in there.

As a ghost I saw Firim im Exil, Epilog laying on the desk behind Firim, but I couldn't pick it up. I resurrected outside the cave, ran back in, and there it was.

I thought the text in here really jumped to conclusions. I always find that annoying in movies, where they state something that's a huge jump (and could have 100 other different possibilities) as if it's a fact (i.e. Jeff Goldblum character).

Anyway it definitely leaves things open.

Firim in Exile, Epilogue is not necessary for Tales of the Exile achievement (needed for flight) so you can skip this one if you want.

So if what Firim says is right, then there are 5 other "Zereths" still out there that are the origins of each universal power. If they all share the Latin naming conventions, here's what they might be called:
